As a member of the HR team, you will play a business partner role as a key, strategic interface with the business area providing specialist HR guidance, advice and support to managers. As a change agent, you will work proactively to ensure the organisational change, coaching and consulting at a senior level to produce a people plan for all areas, ensuring that the changes are consistent with a performance culture.
A strong customer focus and the ability to build productive relationships at all levels are essential. You should also have experience of assimilating and understanding the needs of a business and identifying how HR can best contribute to its success. As a champion of HR, you will work to remove any blame culture and lead by example with a positive, personal can-do attitude. CIPD qualification or working towards would be and advantage.
