I am currently recruiting for a HR Manager for Charity based in Hounslow - West London. The purpose of this role is to provide HR support and advice to senior managers across the business. You will be responsible for a small HR team and be expected to increase the visibility of HR across the business.
The core of the role is to ensure that HR supports the business and truly provides an added value service. This is a generalist role and will encompass employee relations, policies and procedures and recruitment.
A key project you will be expected to undertake involves L&D. You will be charged with conducting analysis across the business to understand the training needs and ensure the delivery of such programs.
