LOCATION: EAST MIDLANDS BORDER – COMMUTABLE FROM A LOT OF THE WEST MIDLANDS
As an experienced HR Manager you will be working for the largest business in its sector that is undergoing a significant amount of expansion and diversification. You will be focused on advising and managing on a diverse range of strategic and operational issues which will include redundancy, TUPE, complex disciplinary and grievance issues, employee tribunals and complex change management issues.
You will have minimum of five years HR experience and either be currently a HR Manager or have a minimum of three years experience as a HR Officer – this must have been gained in an environment where you have considerable accountability for managing and advising on areas such as redundancy, tupe, union negotiations and consultation and complex employee relations.
