Do you have a good generalist HR background gained in a manufacturing environment? If so, we are currently recruiting for an HR Officer role, based near the Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Lincolnshire border.
This is a brilliant opportunity for you to apply your skills in a hands-on frontline HR position where you will join a team providing a full HR service to ensure the smooth running of this large site.
You will be interacting closely with busy line managers, supporting them on employee relations issues, fulfilling continuous improvement targets and ensuring communications and HR policy objectives are met.
Your experience should include:
• Operational HR ideally gained in a unionised FMCG manufacturing environment
• Providing sound advice on all HR issues
• Managing a range of recruitment activities
• Employee relations
