The Background

This world-leading organisation which are currently experiencing a considerable amount of change and growth are seeking a HR Manager to provide a visible, comprehensive business aligned HR service for a the business.

The Role

Sharing the role with the HR Manager although working autonomously supporting c300 employees within a highly technical division you will be responsible for building and maintaining high quality effective relationships with the workforce.

The responsibilities of this position include:

Link the business plans and the HR plans to ensure a consistent approach supportive of the business strategy and delivery
Support business initiatives as require, such as Payroll outsourcing and pay salary and review.
Manage all day-to-day HR issues including disciplinary and grievances, absence management together with manpower and succession planning.
Providing line manager support.

The Person

Preferably CIPD with proven experience, you will have a sound generalist HR knowledge together with experience of issues such as employment Law
