My client, a large public sector organisation in Coventry, have an exciting opportunity for an HR Officer on an interim basis until October 2009.
The role will involve fulfilling a full range of generalist HR duties, including recruitment, discipline and change management.
The successful candidate have a significant experience of working in an HR team at a similar level and have experience of providing advice and guidance to managers on ER matters including sickness and absence management, discipline, grievance and capability.
