A permanent HR Officer is required on a full time basis to join an existing HR function at my staffordshire based client.
Based on site at this well know manufacturing company you will follow the sites shift patterns, 3 days on 3 days off.

Outline duties include;
o - All aspects of employee management through the employment lifecycle
o - Implement & communicate company policies and procedures across the site
o - Ensure HR Administration tasks are fully completed; Weekly payroll, pension application, references, retirements, reports & statistics.
o - Advising managers on policies & procedures, employment legislation and terms and conditions, disciplinary, grievance and employment tribunal procedures
o - Maintain the required levels of core manning for the site through regular communication with other managers and the coordination of effective recruitment programmes.
The ideal applicant will have;
CIPD Qualification
Experience & proven track record in Generalist HR Role, Preferably manufacturing
Knowledge / Experience of Recruitment & Disciplinary Procedures
Excellent understanding of current employment legislation
Strong people skills & active team player
Negotiating & Influencing Skills
