HR Officer / HR Advisor - £30,000 per annum – Professional Services – London / SW
The Organisation
As the HR Officer / HR Advisor you will join a professional services organisation that provide legal business advice.
The Role
As the HR Officer / HR Advisor you will have the opportunity to develop a career in HR by being responsible for the day to day management of the HR function for staff in the London Office. Your main areas of responsibility will be:
• Provide guidance to the leadership teams on disciplinary, grievance and performance management.
• Assist with dispute resolution; individual and collective workplace disputes through mediation or application of formal procedures.
• To control and manage the recruitment and selection processes.
• Ensure that recruitment and resource plans are implemented in a timely and cost effective manner.
• To control and manage the generation of contractual employee documentation.
• To act as a point of contact for all HR solutions and ensuring issues are understood, acted upon and resolved.
• Operate as part of the HR team and ensure that benefits, skills and experience are shared across the team for the benefit of personal and business development.
• To monitor and anaylse HR data and trends to identify opportunities or challenges.
• Identify and provide training & development programmes at the right level of business and human resource topics.
• Ensure compliance with statutory duties and in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Provide sound employment law advice.
• A range of administrative duties.
To become the HR Officer / HR Advisor you will:
• Degree level qualification OR appropriate professional / HR related experience.
• Ability to ensure provision of sound HR / employment law advice which meets best practice requirements but also pragmatic in relation to determining solutions.
Remuneration
In return our client is offering an excellent remuneration package including an negotiable salary of up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
