A full time vacancy has just been announced for an HR Officer at my Coventry based public sector client on a contract basis for 10 months.
The successful applicant will have a hands on, generalist HR supporting employees and line managers as required.
Experience of Recruitment & selections and dealing with Grievance & Disciplinary issues is essential.
Responsibilities Include;
Full involvement with the recruitment process; Advertising to Interview
First Point of Contact for HR queries from line managers
Using & Updating HR Database
Dealing with absence management issues across the site and taking appropriate action when necessary
