HR Officer - Inverness - Permanent role - Competitive Salary + Benefits

Our client is a global leader in outsourcing and helps a wide range of clients to address their most complex business problems.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR professional currently at Advisor or Officer level to join the organisation based in Inverness.
Situated within the Outsourcing HR team, the role plays an integral part in advising and supporting the Outsourcing business across the UK.
The main focus will be on providing HR Generalist support for a client group of circa 275 - 300 people - typical duties will be advising on HR solutions, management of disciplinary and grievance issues, absence and performance management and the implementation of new policies and procedures.

The skills and experience required for the role are proven experience in a HR Generalist role, the ability to deal with and prioritise multiple HR cases and strong communication and problem solving skills.
