A leading Higher Education Organisation is currently searching for a HR Officer to join their Learning and Development Team. Main duties will be to design and deliver human resource based training. Based in Nottingham and reporting to the Learning and Development Manager you will be designing and delivering training based on Human Resources Material alongside contributing to the department's programme of activities in support of the learning and development strategy.
This role is ideally for someone in a HR based role who is looking for that opportunity to move into the area of Learning and Development. This is a great chance for someone looking to move more into a Training focused role. You will be required to develop and deliver training for staff on HR policy and processes. This will focus initially on recruitment and selection, Performance Development and Review and managing induction and will evolve to meet business requirements. You will also contribute to relevant areas of delivery of Institute of Leadership and Management programmes and to other programmes of development for managers and supervisors and develop support materials for use in training and for the Centre for Professional Learning and Development website.
Ideally you will be someone working within a HR focused role but who understands the training cycle and is passionate about working within the area of Learning and Development, either that or you will have previously designed and delivered HR Based Training.
Qualifications:
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and someone who understands the training cycle.
