Our client a leader in its field is looking for an experienced Operational HR Officer for a 3 month period initially with a view to going permanent. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with a strong operational HR background, with experience in handling disciplinary and grievance, sickness and absence, liaising with senior management and unions and advising on performance management issues.
You will ideally be available for an immediate start.
