Our client, a large local employer, is looking to recruit an experience HR Officer to join its established HR team.
Job Purpose
To provide a comprehensive service to staff in relation to all aspects of HR.
Key responsibilities
• To advise managers and other staff on employment law and issues related to employment, including delivering training where required.
• To advise and work with managers on managing staff performance, grievance and disciplinary matters
• To assist in the development and monitoring of the HR System
• To assist in the delivery of the company induction program
• To undertake all aspects of recruitment and selection at all levels
• To assist in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures
Experience Required
• Graduate CIPD
• Experience of working at a similar level in HR
• Experience of recruitment and selection
• Up to date knowledge of employment law
Salary: £25-27,500
Location: Milton Keynes
