Our client, a not for profit organisation is looking for an HR Officer (home based in London) to join their team. Reporting into the Regional Manager you will provide a proactive and professional HR service.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an HR Professional to have autonomy in their role. This is a Generalist role that will require you too advise on our own services and consultancy services on resourcing, development, employee relations and reward procedures. You should be familiar with the TUPE process, redundancy and restructuring, experienced in dealing with grievances, disciplinaries and appeals. Conduct people management training, run and analyse reports and with the ability to communicate at all levels.
It is essential that you are CIPD qualified or equivalent. Extensive travel will be required.
