Human resources Officer to support a large business. In this role you will advise and guide managers in all HR issues, including performance management, misconduct and managing absenteeism. Advise and coach Managers with investigating disciplinary and grievance matters, including support at hearings up to and including dismissal. Prepare and deliver training sessions to train managers in Human Resources Policy.
You will have significant Human Resources generalist experience with a detailed knowledge of selection interviewing, assessment techniques and current employment legislation and experience of handling disciplinary and grievance issues and managing Human Resources project work. You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, negotiate and influence at all levels both internally and externally, with strong verbal and written communication and excellent planning and organisational skills.
