Our client is a leading distribution/logistics organisation with sites across the UK. Based at their South Yorkshire location, they now require an HR Officer as part of a recent restructure in the HR team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will assist in the day to day running of the HR function providing generalist HR support and guidance on HR Matters such as absence management, performance management and employment law. You will provide employee relations support and guidance on site and remotely to other site locations and will assist in disciplinary and grievance procedures. You will provide HR systems support as required.
We are looking for a CIPD qualified or working towards HR Assistant/HR Officer who has the capability to build strong relationships with employers, managers and union officials. You will need an eye for detail, commitment, motivation and possess a positive outlook and an openness to change whilst supporting and improving a business culture.
