HR Officer required for a busy manufacturing/distribution business based in the West Midlands. This is very much a generalist role and ideally looking for a CIPD qualified candidate. You will have previous experience of working in a HR division in a generalist role in a fast paced environment.
The ideal HR Officer will be part of fully CIPD qualified and have a good working knowledge of generalist HR, i.e. absence management, discipline and grievance etc. The successful candidate will be self motivated and looking to progress in their career.
