An exciting opportunity for an HR Officer to join 160 people strong manufacturing company based in Tewkesbury.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for all aspects of HR management, including:
- Coordinating and managing the recruitment process
- Devising and inputting HR policies and procedures
- Providing advice to managers in all matters relating to disciplinary and dismissal procedures
- Working with management to implement a staff training and development plan
- Maintaining personnel records, including monitoring absence, staff turnover, holidays and overtime.
