An exciting new opportunity for an HR Officer to join a large manufacturing company based in Tewkesbury.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for all aspects of HR management, including:
-coordinating and managing the recruitment process
-devising and inputting HR policies and procedures
-providing advice to managers in all matters relating to disciplinary and dismissal procedures
-maintaining personnel records, including monitoring absence, staff turnover, holidays and overtime.
Having worked in a similar role the will preferably be CIPD qualified or working towards this qualification. You must be well organised, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise, be proactive and thrive under the pressure of a challenging role.
