HR Officer, West Yorkshire, £25k-£32k

Global manufacturing company is looking for a HR Officer to be based at their Wakefield Office. Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of generalist HR services to the business. Working closely with the general manager at the site, your responsibilities will include:

- Advising on ER issues such as discipline & grievances.
- Managing relationships with Trade Unions
- Training needs analysis and delivery of training.
- Recruitment for the site
- Management Development and succession planning

You will have at least 2-3 years HR generalist experience at an officer/advisory level in a commercial environment. You must have experience of working with trade unions and knowledge of KPI’s and budgets. You will be self motivated, have commercial acumen and be looking for a development role than will offer you fantastic career progression. You must be able to demonstrate that you have added value in your current role.
