This is a role for an HR generalist who is interested in progressing their career across the whole range of HR activity.
The purpose of the job is to support the Head of Human Resources to deliver effective support ensuring that the client is up to date and legally compliant on policies, by providing advice and support to managers and staff, and helping to implement the Learning and Development Strategy.
You will be self motivated and enthusiastic and ideally CIPD Qualified or working towards this qualification.
