My client is looking for an HR Officer to provide an effective HR service, including recruitment and selection, performance management and employee relations. Duties in this role will include producing regular and accurate management reports, reviewing and advising on HR policies and procedures, proving advice at disciplinary and grievance hearings, assisting with training and development duties and taking a lead role on specific projects.
The right applicant will have experience of developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, degree or equivalent qualification and graduate membership of CIPD or will be studying towards. They must also be able to use HR information systems, have good knowledge of employment law, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to plan work and deliver to tight deadlines with accuracy, excellent IT skills and the ability to work flexibly and part of a team. Experience at HR Officer level and design and delivery of training courses would be an advantage.
