This leading services company is seeking a new HR Operations Manager with strategic and operational responsibility.
You will contribute both strategically and operationally in delivering an HR service that is highly customer focused. The role has three elements:
* Provide strong leadership and direction to the UK&I HR team with 4 reports:
* Delivery of key projects and initiatives as identified in the HR Business plan
* Management and delivery of HR process / policy and recommendations to introduce greater efficiencies and deliver operational excellence.
The successful candidate will report to the UK/I HRD and will have experience in delivering an HR Operational role, senior Business Partner experience, strong HR Generalist skills and sound ER knowledge and experience. Excellent leadership skills are critical to lead and develop the small HR team.
