Working for a reputable government body we are looking to recruit an experienced HR Operations Manager to manage the delivery of HR transactional services.
Key tasks will include
* maximising the automated delivery of process to promote employee and manager self service.
* manage the implementation, development and maintenance of the HRMIS database.
* Develop and manage the HR staff and resources involved in the delivery of transactional services.
* Contribute to the development of the HR strategy in line with the requirements of the corporate plan.
* To manage the delivery of the recruitment and selection process
Ideal candidates will have the ability to manage and lead a team, report on a range of HR and business issues.
Experience of successfully managing the co-ordination and delivery of key HR services, a proven track record of success in process management.
