The Client

You will be joining a Global FMCG organisation. You will be part of the shared services team working for their 2 UK businesses and will report directly to the UK HR Head of Shared Services.

The Opportunity

Do you have previous payroll management experience within a blue-chip/global business and want to secure a position with a leading FMCG organisation?


You will be deployed to implement and execute any reward related process including management of all third party providers. You will be responsible for the Payroll provider, car fleet provider, health care and pensions providers and flexible benefits provider. You will be required to communicate with the Admin Manager to ensure the effective day to day running of the aforementioned responsibilities. The other part of you role will require you to drive forward the payroll process ensuring accuracy of data prepared, submitted and received. This will include: checking and signing off monthly payroll for both UK businesses (200 people) ensuring the trackers are updated accordingly by both CBU's, making sure all internal procedures for auditing payroll are adhered to and recording and processing all details for annual P11d submissions. You will also be responsible for the management and development of one administrator and management of the HR data base and reporting.

The individual

You will ideally be degree educated with previous payroll management experience within a large blue-chip/ global business. You will also possess advanced Excel skills, good knowledge and experience of HR data bases - ideally PeopleSoft and have previous line management experience.

If you have evidence of strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task with excellent stakeholder management skills this will be an ideal opportunity for you.
