We are looking to recruit HR professionals, but those with an added perspective. We need resilient, focused and determined individuals who recognise that team work is the way forward. We need people who can see the strategic perspective, but who are comfortable and confident delivering on the ground. You are likely to have already worked on HR transformation projects within complex matrix, unionised organisations to date or via a consulting firm.
We are looking for candidates at all levels:
HR Programme Leads: Working at the more strategic level with the Transformation Team, your remit will include building strong relationships with the business and ensuring the buy in of all relevant stakeholders, in the design, development and delivery of the key HR and people objectives.
