HR PMO Manager - Canary Wharf - up to £80,000 + benefits
Setting up an HR PMO for leading retail bank - large corporate background and extensive project management expertise essential.

Our client is establishing a PMO function to meet it strategic aims through increasing the capability of its employees. The projects running through the PMO will be focused on delivering a high performing workforce and transformation of the HR function.


As the manager of the PMO you will be setting up a new function within the business, requiring influencing skills and strong stakeholder management. You will directly and indirectly be managing a large team of project resource, and ultimately ensuring the delivery of large scale projects across the business.

Previous experience in a PMO and proven project management skills are essential, along with a solid HR generalist background. You will be from a large corporate background, ideally having some knowledge of the financial sector, and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills.
