We are looking to recruit HR professionals, but those with an added perspective. We need resilient, focused and determined individuals who recognise that team work is the way forward. We need people who can see the strategic perspective, but who are comfortable and confident delivering on the ground. You are likely to have already worked on HR transformation projects within complex matrix, unionised organisations to date or via a consulting firm.
We are looking for candidates at all levels:
HR Project Leads: As the primary interface between the Transformation projects and HR, you will work closely with the relevant Programme and Project Managers to ensure the successful benefits realisation of the HR and people deliverables for the projects.
HR Project Leads maybe dedicated to one project or work across several.
