A client in Swindon is looking for HR Project Leader to join them for a 12 month duration. You will be reporting to the HR Project Manager and you will be responsible for delivering and co-ordinating all project activity required by the team.
You will be leading specific projects and you will be working with the HR, business and 3rd party suppliers as appropriate. All projects will be run by agreed plans and and you will be managing them to set timescales.
You will need experience of working in a HR environment and you will need to have experience of staff management along with experience of project based work.
This position is for a 12 month duration and they will be looking to appoint as soon as possible.
You will be offered a 12 month contract along with excellent working conditions and a generous salary package.
A CIPD qualification will be an advantage but not essential.
Experience of project work is essential along with staff leadership skills.
