You will be responsible for:
Managing and co-ordinating specific project activity which is required to be managed through the HR Projects Team. This involves working with HR, business and 3rd party suppliers as appropriate. All project activity is to be delivered through the execution of agreed project plans, and by managing all risks and issues to successful completion and delivering against agreed timescales whilst controlling project costs.
Lead the 'buy-in' to the process vision from key business stakeholders, process owners and users, ensuring effective communication with the HR/Business area community. Drive efficiency in service by promoting and initiating opportunities for improvement, enhancement and standardisation.
The role has an 'end-to-end' component which delivers stakeholder requirements from business specification, input through to development of testing, training strategy and ultimately execution of programme at the completion stage of projects
Lead a positive team culture that steers the ongoing development of skills and knowledge within the team through utilisation of effective coaching and performance management techniques.

HR generalist experience, with exposure to organisational change, reward, HR policy and operational HR

Considerable ability in openly addressing problems and resolving issues through utilising sound analytical and numeric skills
Knowledge of up to date employment legislation and HR best practice models
Proficient IT systems/packages knowledge
