My client a leading organisation in its chosen field are looking to appoint a HR Project Support into the business within their Wiltshire location. Initially a 12 month contract working in the HR Service Development Team, you will be responsible for delivering and co-ordinating all project activity required by the HR Projects Team.
Reporting to the Project Manager you will be supporting and participating in project activity working with HR, business and 3rd party suppliers as appropriate. Other duties and principal accountabilities of the role will include:
> Deliver a professional support service to HR colleagues and to the business which is underpinned with a first class, customer service ethos
> Work closely with the HR Project Lead to understand key challenges within the business in the short, medium and long term and have an awareness of how your activity fits into the delivery strategy
> Provide professional project support for all HR and systems and projects
> Provide accurate documentation to support process re-engineering
> Provide regular project progress reports to relevant stakeholders
> Raise challenges or concerns around business requirements to the Project Lead to ensure that what is delivered is the highest priority, adds value and is fit for purpose
The ideal applicant will have generalist HR administrative experience and previous exposure to more specific HR project work. You will also require sound Microsoft Word and Excel packages knowledge.
