The role:

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is seeking an HR Projects and Process Manager to build and implement processes that will enable the delivery of an effective HR administration and query-handling service within our HR shared service team.

As a HR Projects and Process Manager with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, you will develop the infrastructure that will deliver an efficient, legally compliant and accurate HR administration and query-handling service which surpasses our clients’ expectations.

As an HR Projects and Process Manager your main responsibilities will involve:

• Designing new and updated policies, documentation and processes for the HR shared services team and ensuring that they meet legislative requirements
• Supporting the HR shared services manager in the design and implementation of effective quality control mechanisms within the HR team, focusing heavily on data integrity
• Providing support to regular HR activities such as pay reviews, bonuses, performance appraisals and climate surveys
• Developing HR intranet sites and SAP enhancements and configuring the call logging system to the requirements of the HR shared services team
• Reporting and implementing audit processes to ensure data integrity for HR shared services

As an HR Projects and Process Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Experience of operating within an HR shared service environment using a best practice Business Partnering HR Delivery Model
• An excellent understanding of the potential benefits to be gained from leveraging technology
• Experience of implementing policies and processes and drafting user-friendly documentation
• Experience within a professional services organisation, partnership, or blue chip company
• A good understanding of UK Employment Law
