Our client, a major transport and infrastructure business, is seeking an experienced HR specialist with strong change and project management skills to join their Earls Court based team.
Tasked with taking ownership for several projects which are aimed at improving the quality of HR service provision to the business, you will be responsible for project management processes including governance, project board, programme management, cost management, stakeholder management, communications plan, risk and issued management, safety and quality management and document management.
The successful candidate will have good leadership and motivation skills with an excellent ability to build, manage and sustain relationships. You will have excellent decision making and problem solving ability allied with excellent presentation, written communication and reporting skills. You must be a qualified practitioner of Prince II and project and programme management methodologies e.g. APM and/or MSP and have demonstrable experience of delivering HR Change programmes including experience of managing budgets for complex projects.
