Large Music Company based in West London are seeking an HR Projects Co-ordinator to join their fun and busy team. Reporting into the Head of HR, the role will be two-pronged: firstly, you will be involved in working closely with the L&D Advisor and supporting on training projects. Talent is a key area of development in the team and much project support is required in this area specifically. In relation to training, you will assist in co-ordinating activities and learning programmes including managing budgets. Secondly, the role will involve an HR systems project whereby you will run the set up of a new HR data warehouse and manage the implementation from beginning to end. This role has the advantage of being fairly malleable, so could can bring in new ideas and make the role your own. Applicants must have a strong working knowledge of HR databases and must have experience in working on projects independently, ideally from within a media or blue chip company.
