Our client is a leading mid tier accountancy firm with several offices. Due to their growth and expansion both in the UK and internationally, an excellent opportunity has arisen to work as a HR projects Manager operating out of their London office.
Responsibilities include
* Designing new and updated policies, documentation and processes for the HR shared services team and ensuring that they meet legislative requirements
* Supporting the HR shared services manager in the design and implementation of effective quality control mechanisms within the HR team, focusing heavily on data integrity
* Providing support to regular HR activities such as pay reviews, bonuses, performance appraisals and climate surveys
* Developing HR intranet sites and SAP enhancements and configuring the call logging system to the requirements of the HR shared services team
* Reporting and implementing audit processes to ensure data integrity for HR shared services
For this role you need experience of operating within an HR shared service experience of implementing policies and processes and drafting user-friendly documentation. It is essential that you have worked in a professional or financial services organisation as they will not consider any other individuals. It is also essential to have a strong ER background and excellent understanding of employment legislation.
