Reed Human Resources are delighted to be working with our client, a major global business, in their recruitment of an interim HR & Recruitment Officer on a fixed term contract basis, up to 6 months.
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will work as part of a wider HR team. Main responsibilities will include:
Provision of HR advice to managers and staff
Employee relations
Support on disciplinary & grievance matters
Recruitment to senior management level
CIPD qualified, you will be an experienced HR Advisor. This role will have a heavy slant on recruitment (the majority of this will be of a technical nature) and so recruitment experience in engineering disciplines will be particularly advantageous.
This is a full time role in a demanding environment. A fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a major global blue-chip organisation.
