My client a leading organisation in their chosen field, are looking to appoint a HR Reporting and Data Analyst into their business. Located within the Wiltshire area, the role is initially for 12 months and will be responsible for maintaining and improving data in HR Systems and providing a range of management reports.
Working closely with Human Resources you will be producing accurate, standard and complex management information reports to the HR department and other areas of the business. You will also be responsible for raising ideas regarding opportunities for improvement and enhancement of the services provided by your teams as well as the wider HR team to ensure a culture of service excellence that is supported by continuous improvement activities. There will also be a requirement to participate in improvement projects where required. Other key duties and principal accountabilities will include;

> Support the design and implementation of data integrity reconciliations in respect of employee data in HR systems and 3rd party supplier systems
> Produce and distribute accurate, standard, complex and ad hoc management information reports to HR and the business utilising Webi / Business Objects. Manipulate and validate data results before forwarding to the business
> Introduce procedures for identifying data and reporting issues, make recommendations for system or business process improvements to overcome the issues
> Work closely with the HR Quality Team and Team Leaders to highlight data issues and develop transactional services to the business
> Support the implementation agenda for HR Systems development / improvements
> Analyse complex problems and issues relating to data in HR / 3rd party systems, processes and procedures, working with the HR teams to ensure these are resolved
> Working with team colleagues to develop ways in which to measure the success of data improvement initiatives, reporting against progress and actual impact on service delivery

The ideal applicant will have practical experience of Oracle HRMS and be fully competent on Word and Excel. You will also require sound analytical and numerical skills, capable of identifying errors in data reports and providing solutions.
