Title: HR Resourcing Manager

Summary: A fantastic opportunity to work with a global company, to be part of the HR Resourcing team. It includes working as a real business player, contributing greatly to the development of the business area's agenda and strategy.

Job description: The successful candidate will have an excellent Resourcing skill set within an HR function. *In-house experience,* NOT on-site, should be gained within the Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy or Blue Chip sector. You will have experience working on a Global remit. You will be required to:

-Drive & proactively educate line managers on recruitment best practise recruitment process and policies.

-Consult with the business to create targeted attraction strategies based on the business drivers, research and analysis.

-Ensure campaigns are run efficiently, to time and budget.

-Set up business specific PSLs on commercially attractive terms and actively manage performance in terms of cost, quality and responsiveness.

-Work with the specialist Talent team to identify rising stars for promotion/ development opportunities across the business and build a talent pipeline.

-Act as a subject matter expert on the market drivers for the relevant business areas.

-Provide analysis, interpretation and distribution of monthly/ quarterly / annual recruitment plans, demand planning/forecasting and associated costs.

-Lead a range of strategic projects that will improve the resourcing effectiveness when measured against the key metrics such as cost per hire, time to hire and quality of candidates.

-Facilitate the organisational change impact of new initiatives and prepare plans to effectively implement across each business area.

-Act as a point of contact for Graduate Recruitment activities

The organisation is looking for an excellent communicator, a results-driven team player and creative individual.

Quals / skills: Graduate qualification, solid RESOURCING, not Recruitment, background with IN-HOUSE experience. CIPD qualification desired. Experience working for an international organisation is necessary.
