A leading global professional services company is looking for a reward manager to cover a maternity contract, for 9 months, to start ASAP.
Based in Central London the role is based in the Reward Team and will have a heavy focus on the analytical side of Reward as well as face to face responsibilities with the business. You will be involved with the annual salary reviews, bench marking, etc.

Worked in UK HR within a Blue Chip Organisation, Financial Institution or Professional Service
Previous experience of working with a large volume headcount.
In depth experience of reward and related systems and data analysis
Able to work in the UK without any restrictions or need for sponsorship
Able to start in next couple of weeks at the latest.
