Summary: A FANTASTIC opportunity to work with a leading global financial services organisation. It includes day to day responsibilities with business support and managing relationships with the clients. Partnering with the business is carried out proactively. It also facilitates active involvement in various HR projects.

Job description:

*The role will include managing/administering recruitment processes, for both internal and external vacancies, building relationships with and effective communication with the business areas.

*Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Employment Legislation and TUPE in order to: advise the business on performance management issues, and when necessary manage the full disciplinary process, conduct and advise on Grievance processes, investigate claims of harassment, and negotiate and prepare compromise agreements when required.

*Manage issues relating to International Assignments such as identification of individuals for mobility, relocation assistance of individual and their family, assessment of compensation, identification of associated costs, tax and immigration implications etc.

*Support the business in the management of annual compensation reviews and prepare proposals for salary adjustments and bonuses. Use internal and external data to analyse proposals and ensure consistency across the business. Build relationships with Reward and MI specialists.

*Ad-hoc projects

*It is important that the candidate will be able to be resilient under pressure, be a self-starter and partner with HR specialists to be able to appropriately challenge/advise on key issues.

*The organisation is looking for an excellent communicator, a results-driven team player and highly motivated individual.

Quals / skills: Degree education, CIPD qualified. The successful candidate will have solid experience in an HR Generalist remit and a background of working with a challenging internal client base within the FINANCIAL SERVICES sector or large Blue Chip organisations. Must have UK experience. Huge advantage if experience gained within an Investment Bank or other global matrix organisation.
