A new role for an experience HR Operations manager who has worked within a shared services environment within a large blue chip environment.
In this role you will be leading a high-volume transaction-led environment into the next phase of the Service Centre by building the capacity for improved service delivery and provision of enhanced knowledge and expertise. You will design and develop the new HR Service Centre model to ensure effective delivery of the HR strategy for 2009 onwards and further develop an effective relationship between Service Centre, HR Business Partners, COE leaders and business leaders.
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience of working within a shared service environment and providing strong leadership to the shared services team. Experience of working in a dynamic/changing environment and implementing support technology or reengineering processes within the business is also essential.
