We are looking for a candidate who is either Assistant HR Manager level currently within a Shared Services function or an experienced HR Manager looking to specialise within Shared Services. The ideal candidate will have all round generalist experience and be able to put processes into place for the whole business. Looking ideally for a candidate from a medium to large sized company background, with strong people management skills being able to manage a team of 13 staff. Knowledge of SLA's.
You will be Qualified to MCIPD level or equivalent or have the equivalent experience/depth of knowledge. Be proficient in the delivery of operational HR interventions, gained through broad experience and wide exposure to complex practices and precedents. Sound knowledge of employment legislation & HR best practice. Effective negotiating and influencing skills.
Extensive supervisory/line management experience
