This is exceptional opportunity to work for a fantastic business in Buckinghamshire that is currently expanding its product offering to the market place and delivering truly exceptional results. Due to this they are currenlty looking to recruit a HR Shared Service Manager. The purpose of the role is to support and manage all the HR administration and to support other transactional HR tasks as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
*Taking a key role in the review of the organisations on boarding process, with the intention of improving the candidate experience, rationalising the steps in the process and making better use of technology throughout the process.
*Working with the business to ensure execution and delivery of all transaction HR activities.
*Contributing towards the team's strategy in relation to process review, SLA improvements and change management.
*Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to identify current and future business requirements.
*Providing support/managing ad hoc projects as required for the business areas.
*Managing a team of 10 people. Motivating and developing the team so that the individual and collective performance is of the required standard. Undertaking performance reviews as appropriate.

This position requires a bright and articulate individual who is technically strong and intellectually robust. Candidates will be of graduate calibre and ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it - more importantly you should have a solid HR Generalist background. A proven track record of managing a team or experience of working within a shared services environment is essential. Also you will ideally have experience on managing the payroll.
You will be a strong relationship builder with a pragmatic approach. Credibility, gravitas, confidence, and the ability to influence and persuade are paramount to the success of this role.
