An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Shared Services Manager to work with a leading forward thinking organization based in Portsmouth.
Reporting to the HR Executive, the HR Shared Services Manager will be accountable for the management and effective delivery of the HR support function.
Key responsibilities will be to manage and lead a team of advisors and administrators in the delivery of accurate and efficient HR administration and systems, co-ordinate and support Operational HR, Recruitment & Selection and Organisation Development activities, provide advice and support on HR policy and process and support the wider HR population in maximizing the quality of HR services.
The right candidate will have all round generalist experience and be able to put process into place for the whole business. Looking for medium to large sized company background and for someone with a strong background of staff management and knowledge of SLA's.
Qualified to MCIPD level or equivalent.
