Location: LEICESTER
Basic: £40,000 - £50,000 + CAR + BONUS + FULL PACKAGE

THE CANDIDATE:
• Credible at senior levels, having gained experience within a large blue chip or international operation
• Operationally experienced Human Resources generalist with the proven stakeholder management experience
• Commercially minded business partner, with ability to translate strategic objectives into practicable operational processes
• Adaptable, resilient, influential and people orientated, with the proven ability to rapidly build effective relationships across functions

THE ROLE:
• Managing a varied client base and workload, with responsibility for providing a comprehensive HR support service to c200 employees
• Strong focus on Talent Management, Organisational Design and Change Management
• Reporting directly to the HR Manager, with direct access to the senior management team
• Good mix of operational and strategic responsibility, with some project work as required
• Operating as a true business partner, developing and delivering an effective and efficient HR service, delivering against core business objectives

SALARY:
• £40,000 - £50,000 plus comprehensive benefits package
