The Background

This famous and prestigious public sector organisation is currently seeking to recruit a HR Systems Administrator to support a large HR Systems Team and end user base with functional HR technology support. This is a 6-month contract.

The Role

Working directly for the HR Systems Manager and as part of a HR Systems team of 7, you will provide support on the following issues:

Working and supporting on various HR & Payroll systems projects

Arranging key meetings, briefings and training sessions on HR & Payroll Systems projects

Building and developing key relationships with teams across the business and external suppliers

Working closely with the projects teams to understand different needs

All other project support issues

The Professional

The organisation is seeking an enthusiastic professional with a keen interest in HR Systems and project support. You will have had exposure to HR or Payroll related technology, ideally with some reporting experience. With strong administration experience, you will be an excellent team player with great interpersonal skills. You’ll have experience of managing workloads and will have the confidence to work with executive level professionals.
