Are you an enthusiastic HR Systems professional with aspirations of project involvement and support? Are you keen to develop your skills working on Oracle HR? Do you have excellent team working skills with the ability to manage large quantities of HR data?

The Background

This reputable public sector organisation is currently seeking to recruit a HR Systems Officer to provide an excellent and proactive HR Systems and Management Information service to a large end user base. This position is a 6-month contract

The Role

Reporting directly to the HR Systems Manager and as part of a large HR Systems team, you will be responsible for providing support to the business ensuring that the Oracle HR system is providing maximum benefit to the business. You will manage user accounts and offer user training; this will also include analysis of user need on the system and making recommendations for system improvement or upgrade. You will offer problem-solving solutions to users following the implementation, ensuring that users are fully aware of the benefits of the new systems. Creating accurate and timely management reports on a monthly and ad hoc basis, will help to comprise the duties of this exciting and challenging role.

Away from daily duties, you will also be required to assist the HR Projects Manager on any HRIS projects as and when required.

The Professional

The organisation is looking to recruit a passionate HR systems focussed professional with strong analytical skills and great customer service experience. You will have experience of supporting a large business area with HR systems related issues and have had some exposure of supporting projects; you will ideally have experience of Oracle HR. You will have strong interpersonal and time management skills with and a willingness to take on fresh and exciting project work.
