The Background

This market leading well renowned and recognisable organisation with a luxurious head office environment is currently seeking to recruit a HR Systems Specialist to provide project and day-to-day support to a large end user group. The Role

Reporting directly to the HR Systems Manager, the successful candidate will assist in the development of the organisations HR System Support Centre. The candidate will also be responsible for:

Supporting the HR teams with the maintenance of the staff database so that information is up-to-date and accurately flows through to supporting systems

Providing 1st line support (telephone and email) for day to queries and to know when to escalate issues to HR Systems Manager

Performing basic system ‘set-up’ tasks on an ad hoc basis in response to needs
Offering system training to HR Officers, further develop training materials and ensure they are up to date

Running ad-hoc HR data queries and reports using Crystal reports

Helping develop new system processes to improve data flow and efficiency of business processes

The Person

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR/Payroll systems professional with a background developed within an end user support role. You will ideally have PeopleSoft and Crystal Reports experience, although other systems and reporting tool experience is welcome. You will be an excellent team player with the ability to adapt depending on the project being focussed on. You will be an excellent time manager with the initiative to work to tight deadlines.
