HR Systems & Benefits Specialist (Weybridge, Surrey) £25-£30,000 + £5700 car allowance

An international market-leader in technology is looking for an innovative HR professional to join their team based in Weybridge, Surrey. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to research, develop and apply HR initiatives and policies, and ideally will have HR Advisory experience. You will act as the system manager for Empower Northgate and will develop Empower in order to fit the needs of the business. The role will additionally involve promotion of a flexible benefits program, the maintenance and development of current employee benefits and the management of the relationship between benefits providers and the company. In addition, you will be taking ownership for the job grading process and will be responsible for accumulating and issuing headcount reports. Energetic and keen for a challenge, the successful applicant will be looking to develop themselves and will act as a deputy to the HR Business Partner, getting involved in the recruitment cycle and responding to queries. You will be a confident and creative individual who will be ideally educated to degree level and will hold the CIPD qualification. Our client is looking for a professional team player who will have proven compensation and benefits, and HR Systems experience.
