Our client, a leading media provider are looking to hire an HR Delivery Team Leader to lead and energise a team, to deliver services to the business and to contribute to the measurement of these services and to their further improvement.

Key responsibilities will include:
-Lead, motivate and energise individuals and the team to stretch and develop to achieve excellence in all they do.
-Ensure that all team members have meaningful performance, development plans and quarterly reviews.
-Ensure delivery of services to customers in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) through development and analysis of relevant metrics.
-Work closely with other HR team leaders to ensure that all teams serve the customer consistently and that the teams are cross trained on all services.
-Personally ensure that the team provide outstanding service to all customers.
-On a regular basis monitor and manage the volume of work, ensuring delivery to SLA.
-To manage the quality of output from team members providing feedback and managing as appropriate.
-Ensure effective project implementation and change management is in place to ensure successful delivery.
-Continually monitor the service provision and identify areas for growth, improvement and suitable solutions to resolve issues.

The successful applicant must have previous experience of having led a team and must be able to demonstrate that they have the ability to inspire and energise a team.
You will ideally have had experience of working within a large, complex and fast-moving company and be customer focussed with strong problem solving skills.
Strong communication skills are essential and a working knowledge of HR2020 processes would be desirable.

Experience of working in a Shared Service environment would also be beneficial.
